Affordable & spacious accommodations!  Suite configurations consist of two double beds, bathroom and a kitchenette.  All guest suites feature air conditioning, cable television, and free local calls. 

Our special discounted group rate is $69.95 (based on 1or 2 adults per suite).  An additional $5.00 for every 3rd and 4th adult, per suite.

With dormitory rooms and apartments to select from, Hotel Laurier is an ideal and economical choice.

Hotel Laurier is centrally located in Waterloo and is only 10 minutes from Bingeman’s.

 King Street Residence – this new dormitory style residence is air-conditioned and offers single bedrooms with semi-private washrooms. Common lounges with a fridge, stove, microwave and television are located on each floor. The cost is $30.00 per room/night, plus 13% HST.

 

     

King’s Court Residence – this new apartment style residence is air-conditioned and offers spacious 3, 4 and 5 single bedrooms units, with 2 or 3 washrooms, a kitchen (with fridge and stove) and a living room.  The rates are: 3 bedroom - $69.95/night, 4 bedroom - $79.95/night and 5 bedroom - $89.95/night, plus 13% HST.
